Frequently Asked Questions

What is Sometimes Weekly?

Sometimes Weekly is a slow-brewing, fast-reading project and publication by Nick Butler delivering high-quality, moderately-funny content on semi-regular basis. It has been operating in earnest since February 2015.

How often can we expect new entries?

Yes.

Why is some of your writing humorous and some of it serious?

Sometimes I laugh at the world and sometimes I cry and/or scream.

What are your favorite entries in Sometimes Weekly?

Thanks for asking! I love them all, but here are a few of my favorite entries right now:

1) Setting the Dress Code for a British Secret Society
2) Fear and Loathing at RFK Jr.’s “Historic Speech”
3) An Open Letter to Zor’Pax Faelrin III, Earth Historian

Thanks, but even after reading those, I’m still confused. I’m not sure I understand what Sometimes Weekly is, exactly.

That’s fair. I’m note sure I understand, either.

Is it a business?

It could be a business.

Is it pointed political rhetoric?

Sometimes.

Is it art?

Woah, woah, woah — settle down.

It sure seems like it might be art…

Well, it’s funnier as a business.
